The secure parking and helpful staff. And actually in the car-park, the walkthrough to the front desk. same on leaving, not having to struggle for parking space in front of the hotel, for unloading or loading. Should make more of this feature.

Large, comfortable, clean room. Friendly, attentive service from all staff including front desk, Paprika restaurant, spa, cleaning, airport transfer, and room service. Full breakfast with stay (not continental) with lots of options. I felt very safe there.

As my wife and I disembarked our carriage in the warm, sweltering heat of the Piura sunshine the cold, fresh breeze emanating from the Costa Del Sol lobby soon cooled down our travel beaten brows. And what a beautiful lobby it was. Second only to the delightful comfort we felt as we entered our divine quarters which were perfectly homely for the next three magical nights - ah, it felt like bliss. Other than the attentive, courteous and forever smiling barkeepers in the hotel restaurant our absolute memorable treasure was the sheer power of our Aqualisa Aquastream Mark II power shower which we almost didn't leave for the next 48 hours.
